Return Policy
Returns
Our return policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, please include an unboxing video. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and evaluated, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your return. We will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved or denied.
If approved, we will process your refund, and the credit will be automatically refunded to your credit card or adjusted according to your payment method within a few days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, please email us at yourbuddies24@gmail.com.
Shipping
You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping time will depend on your location, and the time it takes for you to receive your exchanged item may vary.
